Madhvani Group, a leading, international, professionally managed industrial I service group in East Africa, with diverged operations seeks to urgently recruit the following positions for their Group Company M/s industrial Security Services Limited. The company Head Quarters is located at Jinia and is having clients across the country with 1400 guard force with Kennel and CID Sections.

General Manager

A highly qualified, experienced and motivated General Manager reporting to the CEO / Executive Director. The incumbent will be responsible for overall performance of the company and its profitability; business development; financial planning, budgeting, reviewing and variance analysis; providing technical services & meet customer needs! Requirements on a continual basis; reviewing and implementing control systems; providing technical expertise as well as functional expertise to clients; training to upgrade skill levels of staff and new product selection, timely submission oi MIS reports etc. The incumbent should be a graduate with 15 years of similar experience in a security company / industry oi which five years should be as General Manager / business head. He should have extensive knowledge and exposure to latest security methods and systems.
