JOB DETAILS:
Western Uganda Cotton Company Ltd (WUCC) is a renowned Cotton company operating in Kasese District (Western Uganda) but expandedits operations to the East and North through its sister company, North Bukedi Cotton Company Ltd (NBCC). NBCC and WUCC were both registered in Uganda in 1995 and 2005, respectively.
In a bid to support the expansion strategies, WUCC is looking for an experienced Gin Manager to oversee the operations at the two Gins located in Kasese (WUCC) and Mbale (NBCC), respectively.
The successful candidate will be required to commute between the two facilities on a regular basis. .

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years experience in this particular role, together with asound knowledge of the Ugandan Cotton Sector.

Applicants should have;
• A tertiary education qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Strong managerial skills with proven track records
• Capable of establishing strong team dynamics within the operational environment
• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours
Package:
Salary will be commensurate to candidates’ experience.
