JOB DETAILS:
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently hiring an HR Manager to join our team at Egis Uganda Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, skills development, training, and staff relations.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and tools to meet operational requirements.
• Drive change management initiatives and provide leadership support.
• Advise and guide operational managers on HR matters and employee development.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.

Applicant Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of HR management experience in civil engineering/highways sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR standards, labor law, and employment conditions in Uganda.
• Ability to develop a vision, policies, and structured processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in local staff acquisition and transfer processes.

As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our HR strategies and fostering employee engagement.
