Job Title: Harvesting and Sales Manager
Reports to: Estate Manager
Job Purpose: Manage harvesting of timber, processing and sales of forest products..

Key Responsibilities
• Planning and supervising timber harvest operations on estate level
• Managing and expanding timber processing
• Managing and expanding the customer base for forest products
• Managing data coverage and dissemination from harvesting/ sales into all other relevant parts of the operation.

Knowledge, skills, qualifications and years of experience required
• Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. forestry, wood science, business)
• At least 10 years of experience in a large scale, commercial forestry operations with international exposure.
• High proficiency in using software suits such as Microforest, Cengea, SAPem.
• Positive track record in managing people and relations
