JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
• To grow Treasury business by providing effective leadership to the Business Unit’s staff and management of the department’s operations.
• To optimise marketing of Treasury products, ensure to maintain and manage existing customer forex trading clientel, look to acquire new customers and actively participate in the cross-selling of the Bank’s products by having close working relationship with the Chief Executive, Other business heads, Relationship managers /Business Development managers and all product partners.
• Responsible for Risk Management within the Treasury Unit and the entire bank as per Bank of Uganda Guidelines.
• Responsible for Business Development and System Development and utilization within Treasury.
• To optimise on Utilisation of ABC Bank Financial Resources through Liquidity management, Forex trading and Bond trading.
