About the Company

JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited for the Post of Head (Principal) of the International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) in Jinja, Uganda.

Key Duties:

• Management of the Institute as a whole.
  
• Conduct medical training programs at certificate, diploma and degree levels.
  
• Promote the image and development of the Institute.
  
• Report to the Executive Director of IIHS Ltd
  

Qualifications:
The applicant must have ALL the following qualifications:

• Masters degree in Medical Education from a recognized University or Educational Institution.
  
• Degree or Diploma in Personnel management or Human Resource.
  
• Published papers in a reputable journal or medical papers presented in International Conferences.
  
• Computer literacy skills.
  
• Entrepreneurship skills.
  
• At least 3 (three) years service in a recognized medical training institution.
  
• Pass both medical fitness examination and oral examination.
  
• Two References: one from the current or
  latest employer and another from a professional colleague.
  

Remuneration:
Salary, allowances and other benefits for the successful candidate are attractive and negotiable.
Contract:
The successful candidate will sign a contract with IIHS Ltd authorities for the first 3 (three) years which is subject to renewal under agreed terms with a probation period of6 (six) months.
