JOB DETAILS:
A Reputable Secondary School Located In Western Uganda 25kms From Mbarara, Is Recruiting A Head Teacher, The School Is Fully Registered By The Ministry Of Education With Both O And A Level Center Numbers. .
Job Responsibilities:
• The head teacher shall report to the resident director as the immediate supervisor Shall work and follow the school set objectives sell by the board of governors
• Shall report to the board of governors termly or annually depending on the school programme
• Shall be in charge of the entire school administration.
• Recruitment and administration of the entire school human resource
• Management of school capital resources ie fixed and non-fixed resources
• Ensuring that teaching and learning in school is of appropriate standard
• Ensuring staff and students' discipline is of set standard as stipulated in the school regulations and the teaching code of conduct
• To link the school with government departments such as MOE, UNEB, other schools and any other related organs
• To establish and maintain good public relation with the neighboring community and the schools around
• Establish and maintain good public image of the school
• To design and manage. school academic and nonacademic programs Attend and represent the school in meetings or functions in and out of the school
• Must be a full time employee and residing at the school
• And any other profession assignment in line of your duties

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in secondary education from a recognized institution Must be registered by the MOE
• At least four years of proven teaching experience
• Prior experience in school administration is an added advantage Must have two guarantors, one of which must be a secondary school administrator,
