JOB DETAILS:
Position: Head Teacher
Location: Lukodi, Gulu Region
The Position
The ideal candidate will be a contemporary thinker and will ensure the standard of service and education is maintained at the highest possible level. .

Successful candidates will:
• Be aware of the Education sectors policies: governance and compliance
• Have Proven Leadership Experience
• Have a Ugandan Teachers Registration
• Show willingness to adopt ethos of the school

Management & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent people, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage time and planning and to organise own work and that of others to achieve set and specific objectives in an efficient way and within resources available
• Ability to manage and develop reports
• Relate well with students and parents
• Trustworthy and maintain confidentialityy

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Primary Education
• Minimum seven years teaching experience
• Minimum three years in a deputy /head teacher role

Job Education Requirements: Degree or Diploma

Job Experience Requirements: Seven (7) years

Work Hours: 8
