JOB DETAILS:
The Fields City Kindergarten and Day Care Center offers Christian education for Early Childhood Development in Luzira, Kampala. The school is seeking a capable and dedicated person to join the team and make a difference. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills for dealing with parents, pupils, teachers and support staff. Should be organized, energetic and self-directed. .

Job Responsibilities:
The person must be able to hold site and curriculum responsibilities which include among others:
• General school management
• Familiar with the Ugandan and outsourced curriculum, implementation, resourcing and training of all staff
• Personnel management
• Should be able to grow the school to primary level

Mandatory Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years of previous experience in school administration
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent
• Experience in mentoring others desirable
• Born again

Job Qualifications: Proven relationship with Jesus Christ and Computer Knowledge
