Position: Head of Programs and Fund Raising
Reporting to: Executive Director

Purpose of Job
The person will oversee programing and fund raising activities to ensure that implementation is carried out in accordance with specified objectives S/he shall develop methods and procedures for implementing programs, direct and coordinate program activities, and exercise control over individuals responsible for specific functions or phases of each Kulika program. .
