JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• In charge of overall administration and management of the school.
• Plan for physical development of the school and professional development of the staff;
• Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate the teaching programmes and activities of staff and pupils:
• Ensure proper planning, budgeting and accountability for the school activities and resources in consultation with the Board of Directors;
• Co-ordinate the functions of the Board of Directors and accounts to them
• Supervise and appraise all the employees of the school;
• Direct activities concerning il admissions, provision of supplies and welfare of pupils:
• Participate in the implementation of the Education Sector reforms related to Primary Education;
• Prepare progress and summary reports for presentation and submission to the Board of Directors and Ministry of Education and Sports, where required:
• Perform any other duty assigned by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications and Working Experience
• Should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education (Primary). Any additional relevant
• Must be a female aged between 30-40 years.
• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience at the level of Head teacher in a Private Primary School.
