JOB DETAILS:
We are searching for creative Human resource manager tasked with hiring, training, and evaluating team members; develop, review, and improve methods, systems, procedures and generally ensure all employees Comply with company regulations.

Human Resource Assistant roles;
• Should be able to manage people and resources within an organization.
• Should be well equipped with developing and implementing employee policies and practices.
• Should have skills in ensuring that all personnel are treated fairly and equitably so as to create an environment that supports employee productivity and growth.
• Should be able to provide leadership and guidance to employees regarding their roles and responsibilities.
• Should be able to monitor the work environment and report effectively to the immediate supervisor.
• Should be equipped with conflict resolution techniques for issues that may arise between supervisors, employees and managers.
• Should be equipped with proper record and book keeping techniques.
• Should be able to generate employee trainee programs and manage them both efficiently and effectively
• so as to ensure that policies, procedures, and guidelines related to human resource management are well-defined and understood by all employees.

Requirements;
• Should have at least a two (2) year experience in factory related Human resource activities.
• Should be well vast with Microsoft office operations.
• Should have a Bachelor's degree in Human resource management and other related courses in the field from a recognizable institution.
• Ability to plan and fast track activities in the schedules given.
• Willingness to build on expertise for all factory staff.
