Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource management or Postgraduate Dip from a recognized institution
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Reputable organization
• Must have Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  NB. A Bachelor’s degree in the above may be accepted in place of masters with 5 Years of progressive experience,
