About the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Human Resource Supervisor is to guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs by consulting with company leadership on organization design and restructuring, also providing workforce analysis and planning.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the the HR Record clerks and administrators, Receptionist, Office Messenger
• Identify process gaps and provide solution
• Assist Head of HR with staff requirements.
• Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies and relevant external regulations
• Identify & address employee requirements i.e. performance, training & development plans.
• Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures.
• Payroll administration
• HRIS management
• Provide resolutions on complaints and inquiries.
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Distribute safety information as and when required

Ideal candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Experience and knowledge with HRIS

Technical Knowledge Level
• 3 Years relevant experience and staff management
• Working with complexity
• MS Office computer skills
• Planning and Coordination
• Managing conflict
• In depth knowledge of payroll system


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
