Humanitarian Finance Coordinator- based in Kampala
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional, business focussed field finance management, delivering a proactive solutions based approach for resolving issues and ensuring that the operational business requirements are effectively managed to deliver organisational results, and support the achievement of program outcomes for the emergency crisis response programme. .

Qualification
• This position will require a range of skills and experience including a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Professional qualification in ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent level.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in financial management at management level. Experience in Humanitarian or Development work is a strong advantage.
• Understanding & knowledge of donor-funded programmes practices, policies & procedures, International accounting standards and Local tax laws.
• Ability to work effectively and to produce quality work with little upward referral. • Work accurately with attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to a variety of questions relating to the job.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork,
• Strong negotiation skills,
• Computer literacy and High level of Integrity.
