JOB DETAILS:
A. JOB PURPOSE
To provide support in implementing the Electronic Risk-Based Supervision System (ERBSS) within the ICT department.
B. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Migration: Assist with data migration from legacy system to ERBSS, ensuring accuracy, and collaborate with developers to resolve challenges.
2. System Support/Administration: Manage user accounts, address technical issues, maintain backups, and ensure smooth system operation.
3. User Training/Support: Create user-friendly training materials, conduct sessions, and offer ongoing support to internal and external users.
4. System Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, keeping it up-to-date with Electronic Risk Based Supervision System changes.
5. Training Manual Development: Draft detailed training manuals for the Electronic Risk Based Supervision System, adapting them to evolving user needs.
6. Database Maintenance: Keep Electronic Risk Based Supervision System database updated, monitor performance, and implement data security measures.
7. System Security: Collaborate with IT security to enforce protocols, access control, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
C. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
COMPETENCIES:
Technical
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Competence in the use of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of Local Area Networks and Maintenance.
• Familiarity with Database management systems, including MySQL and MSSQL.
• Advanced skills in the use Microsoft Office applications
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
Behavioural
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
