Job details:
Our client a Regulated Financial institution is in a drive to strengthen its human capital. Its seeking to recruit qualified, experienced and competent persons for immediate deployment as l.T Officers within the l.T Department.

Post: IT Officer
Reporting to: IT Supervisor
Duty station: head office Kampala

Main roles.
Support the bank's Information Technology and related services. .

Academic qualifications

• A Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited University
  
• CCNA Certification.
  
• Knowledge of programming languages

Experience and person attributes:

• Practical experience in the above fields is an added advantage. "
  
• Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail, good time management and ability to work under pressure
  
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal and communication skills”
  
• Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team.

Key result areas, Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide daily l.T Support in the areas of network, backups, hardware and software installations, data management support, end-user support and customers e-statements management and dispatch.
