Reports to: Senior Information and Communications Officer .
Key Results Areas
• Develop and implement a framework for defining EOC Information Communications needs.
• Develop and implement EOC media engagement plans and strategies for popularizing the services and activities of the Commission in line with a media management policy.
• Develop schedules for press conferences, media talk shows and #: reception with media houses in line with EOC media management policy.
• Produce EOC's IEC materials including newsletters, brochures calendars and posters and online media services, websites, documentaries in line with EOC media management policy.
• Develop and implement a framework for ensuring custody of all media pint, recordings and documentaries.
• Develop and implement strategies for protecting EOC reputation the public and among stakeholders in line with the media management and stakeholder’s management policy.

Minimum Qualification and Working Experience.
• Applicants should have an Honors Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Mass Media, Law and Management Studies.
• Possession of a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Media or Mass Communication will be an added advantage.
• Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in Government or equivalent level of working experience from a reputable organization in Information and Communications related field.
