JOB DETAILS:
Case Medcare is an HMO licensed by The Insurance Regulatory Authority. It provides medical schemes to families, individuals and corporates. We serve our clients with our main Hospital (Case Hospital) and work with over 100 affiliates spread across the country..

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to bring in new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable medical plans.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
• Fulfil all company-established policy obligations.

EDUCATION
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a reputable institution.
• Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience as an insurance sales representative.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.

  SKILLS
• Good comprehension of insurance plans including medical.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings.
• Goal-oriented.
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
