JOB DETAILS:
In the interest of building capacity, talent and experience in the areas of Accounting, Customer service, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Insurance Billing and Internal audit, we are seeking young, energetic, confident and passionate persons with interest in gaining knowledge and practical experience, to enrol for our internship training opportunities.

As an intern, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures in the respective departments.

You will also focus on learning how our organization runs.

INTERN TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, relevant to the department being applied to.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sympathetic, empathetic, supportive and professional approach to staff and clients
• Possess physical stamina
• Able to prioritize and learn independently
• Attention to detail
• Team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on new challenges

INTERN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor
• Performing clerical duties
• Job shadowing
• Learning technical skills related to the industry/field of study
• Generating a weekly/ monthly report of lessons learned and achievements.
