Cheshire Services Uganda (CSU) is a Non-Governmental Organization working in the field of disability and development. Our programmes support persons with disabilities, orphans and other vulnerable groups through Education, Livelihoods, Health and Rehabilitation and Advocacy and Support for everyday living and campaign and Advocacy. Cheshire Services Uganda seeks to recruit a qualified individual to fill the position of
INTERNAL AUDITOR.
JOB SUMMARY Purpose:
The Internal Auditor is responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and programmes.
Duration: 2 years' renewable
Duty Station: Kampala with frequent travel to field offices
Reports to: Executive Director
Annual Gross salary including 13th month: UGX. 81,900,000.
Start date: 1st November 2019

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Finance with Audit Option or any other related field
• Possession professional qualification in Auditing and Accounting
• Three (3) years of experience in public accounting/auditing with at least 2 years in NGO
