Invitation For the Pre-Qualification for The Provision of Goods and Services 2025-2026 Tender at Uganda Insurers Association

Uganda Insurers Association invites applications from eligible entities (including existing suppliers and service providers) for pre-qualification for supply of goods, services and works listed below for 2025-2026 financial years. Interests can be used to explain new levels in supply for new products. Indicate the relevant member and Category name of goods, works, or services they wish to be considered for as indicated below.

Supplies

8. Identification documents for persons or entities listed as directors and company secretary, partner(s) or proprietor(s).

JUN.SUN./2025/25

Supply of IT Equipment (Desktop computers and laptops, Printers, Photocopiers) plus IT systems support.

9. Valid business licenses, Inc. Registration Certificate, Certified copy of a valid Trading License.

Supply, maintenance, and repair of Electrical Equipment (UPS systems, inverters, and stabilizers and Computers)

11. Relevant experience of the bidder (The bidder should provide proof of implementation of at least two (2) similar projects in the past five (5) years, evidenced by contracts, completion reports, and plans that amount of contract.)

6. Certified certificate of incorporation or registration
7. Certified copy memorandum and articles of association

Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, procurement coordination, and managing supplier relationships. The role also involves ensuring the smooth operation of office services and supporting the association’s strategic objectives.
