Invitation For the Pre-Qualification for The Provision of Goods and Services 2025-2026 Tender at Uganda Insurers Association

Uganda Insurers Association invites applications from eligible entities (including existing suppliers and service providers) for pre-qualification for supply of goods, services and works listed below for 2025-2026 financial years. Interests can be used to explain new levels in supply for new products. Indicate the relevant member and Category name of goods, works, or services they wish to be considered for as indicated below.

Eligibility Requirements:
Entities expressing interest must demonstrate and submit the following compliance documents:
1. Certified copy of Annual returns with the register of companies for the last 3 years

3. Company or Business Profile
4. Certified Company Form 18
5. Certified Company Form 20
6. Certified certificate of incorporation or registration
7. Certified copy memorandum and articles of association

The Finance and Admin Manager oversees financial management, administrative functions, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, procurement coordination, and managing supplier relationships. The role also involves ensuring the smooth operation of office services and supporting the association’s strategic objectives.
