INVITATION TO BID FOR ASSET DISPOSAL

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) Uganda will be auctioning some of its residual assets including two generators by Public Auction, in accordance with the sale of UN property guidelines. Assets will be auctioned on "as-is-where-is" basis, and OHCHR Uganda will have no further liability after the sale.

The bid eligibility is subject to the registration of participants and collection. of Auction Registration Number (ARN) at the OHCHR Uganda Office, Kampala, during official hours between 2 - 7 August 2023. Inspections of items may be done at the OHCHR office at Plot 24 Prince Charles Drive, Kololo, Kampala, on working days from 2-7 August 2023 from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs.

The Auction date will be on 8 August 2023 at 12:00 PM. The auction for each item will start from a "Reserve price' set by OHCHR. Items will go to the highest bidder and the successful bidder is expected to complete payments within 3 working days and collect items not more than 10 days afterward.
