INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES, CY-2025/2026.

1. INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY
   WWF-UCO invites applications from eligible firms for prequalification to provide goods and services under categories in the Annex List of goods and services for the calendar year 2025/2026.

Interested firms meeting terms and requirements as set below should hand-deliver applications to:

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS & EVALUATION CRITERION
Firms shall be required to attach copies of the following mandatory documents:
i. Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration.
ii. Current Trading License.
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate.
iv. Tax Identification Number (TIN).
v. Detailed Company Profile.
vi. Letters of Recommendation (from at least 3 Clients).
vii. Evidence of past works of similar nature (Contracts or LPOs/Contacts).

| WWF-UCO-002 | Printing and stationery (branded stationary, publications, project reports, flyers, promotional materials) |
| WWF-UCO-003 | Supply of computers, laptops, scanners, copiers, IT equipment, and accessories |
| WWF-UCO-004 | Supply of branded merchandise (t-shirts, caps, bags, and promotional items) |
| WWF-UCO-005 | Office furniture and fittings |
| WWF-UCO-006 | Transport and logistics services, hire of vehicles, and motorcycles |
| WWF-UCO-007 | Repair and maintenance services for vehicles, generators, and office equipment |
| WWF-UCO-008 | Consultancy services (environmental audits, training, research, and studies) |
| WWF-UCO-009 | Internet services, IT support, and hosting services |
| WWF-UCO-010 | Construction, building materials, and maintenance services |
| WWF-UCO-011 | Supply of fuels, lubricants, and vehicle batteries |

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION
The deadline for submission of prequalification applications is 28th February 2025.
