Samaritan's Purse invites submission of proposals/bids from eligible and competent firms for the supply and delivery of emergency food supplies in fulfilment of the USAID (BHA) funded Emergency Response and Economic Recovery Program in Eastern DRC. We reserve the right to partially award the tender and to also split the items & award to more than one vendor

Tender Conditions:

Tender document with details of requirements in English can be obtained starting Thursday, 15th June 2023 by sending a request to the following e-mail address: SPDRCRFO@samaritan.org clearly stating the tender number and your company name as subject of the email.

Submission Details:

After receiving information, bids must be submitted in

sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender number and subject, and must be submitted in hard copy to Plot 134A Luthuli Drive, Bugolobi Kampala.

Bids can also be submitted through email on email address rdc_appeldoffre@shpt.samaritan.org:

State TNDFOOD2023 as subject of the email.

Deadline for Submission is: 29th June, 2023 by 3:00 pm. Late bids will not be considered.

• No fee or payment is required to participate in this tender.
• No contact should be made with an employee of Samaritan's Purse before opening of bids or your bid will be rejected.
