Executive Director
The Executive Director (ED) provides vision, leadership, management and effective high-level national and international representation for National Association of Women Organizations in Uganda (NAWOU).

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years in asenior management position of development work, advocating for the rights of women and girls with proven initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm in managing complex activities in a changing environment.
• Proven experience on successful fundraising programmes with emphasis on regular giving and corporate fundraising
• Proven experience of working and negotiating with Government officials and/or donors at all levels.

Finance & Administration Manager
The Finance & Administration Manager provides Financial, Human Resource and Administrative Management and ensuring all policies & procedures, donor regulations, accounting standards and local laws are complied with and NAWOU objectives met. .

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position overseeing Finance and Administration in an NGO setting.
• Proven experience on successful fundraising programmes would be an added advantage
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA

Programmes Manager
The Programmes Manager provides leadership and management to NAWOU and its members in the development of programme and project designs and plans, capacity building; and facilitate implementation of interventions.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years in a programme management position of development work, advocating for the rights of women and girls with proven initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm in managing complex activities in a changing environment.
• Proven experience on successful fundraising programmes with emphasis on regular giving and corporate fundraising
• Proven experience in programme design and implementation with a sound understanding of MERL
