JOB DETAILS:
Requirements
• Materialize existing contacts into new business.
• Develop new leads and build sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management.
• Monitor general developments in the industry.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal purposes.
Main Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a sales role in financial services / micro finance institution / SACCO.
• Advanced level knowledge of the microfinance sector.
• Fluent in English.
