LABORATORY TECHNICIANS
Reporting To; Quality Assurance Manager
job Objective
The Laboratory Technician will perform various tests and ensure accurate test results are provided that meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform tests in production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements
• Minimum qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills:
• Minimum Diploma in Food and Dairy science or Laboratory Science
• Should have at least 2 years’ experience in laboratory in either Dairy or Beverage sector
• Knowledge of microbiological, chemical and physical testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess high degree of accuracy and good in record keeping
• Thorough understanding of customer needs and satisfaction
