We, COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED in consortium with CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) Uganda Limited as COOEC and CPECC Joint Venture (CCJV) are currently executing the Kingfisher Oil Field Facilities EPC3 Project near the eastern part of Lake Albert Basin.

Scope of Work (Estimated)
Kingfisher Oil Field Facilities EPC3 Project of Area:
CPF, Wellpad-1, Wellpad-2, Wellpad-3, Wellpad-4, Lake water intake station. Prefabricated steel structure installation work (Including but not limited to the following installation work):
Pipe rack and pipe bridge (about 785.6 tons), ; 19 Semi-enclosed shelter, ; 2 Steel structure enclosed shelter; platform including staircase, handrails grating etc..

Please provide us the following information with your interest letter, please note that interest without the required information will be not further evaluated.
1. Company presentation and Company organization, including establishment time, registration location, registered capital, the composition and quantity of employees and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate that you are capable of performing the work scope above.
2. Company certificate, such as Certificate of incorporation, Valid tax clearance certificate, trading license, TIN certificate, and so on.
3. Quality & HSE Management System Certificates (Number, Issuing Date, Expiry Date, Issuing organization)
4. Company's operating status, including the financial audit reports of the past three years, credibility letter from Bank and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate the good operating status and financial stability of company in order for you to adequately perform and smoothly complete the work scope above.
5. Company's performance, provide at least three similar performances, including the name of the performance project, contract amount, client, the contract text without cost detail, which are sufficient to demonstrate the performance.
6. Registration on the NSD certificate and NSD online screenshot which can prove whether your company is a Uganda company or not. The Company shall be a local Ugandan company registered and has qualified on the 2023 National Suppliers Database (NSD) by the Petroleum
Authority of Uganda and shall be able to remain on the NSD qualification till the completion of the
Subcontract herein.

Please note that:
1) Your submission as required above will be further evaluated provided that all the aforementioned information required is correctly submitted in a timely manner. The aforementioned information required is critical for the Contractor to evaluate your qualification for the tender but does not represent the only requirement in deciding the bidder's qualification. Contractor shall also have the right, at its sole discretion, to decide the bidder list for the tender in accordance with its qualification procedure and standard, which may not be fully presented hereinabove.
2) This is just the first step in demonstrating your interest in relation to the Tender. Your submission does not guarantee that you will be qualified and /or approved as a Subcontractor.
If your company's Steel structure installation works, capability, and records of performance meet our requirements, we will contact you to continue the qualification process which includes many factors such as safety, quality, financial stability, capacity and others, and then biding stage. If your company does not pass the qualification process, we will retain your information for 6 months until the circumstance changes.
We appreciate your prompt participation to be attracted as a CCJV's Subcontractor.
