Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in surveying, law, land economics or related field.
• 8 years’ related experience; industry experience preferred – in the wireless, telecom, or tower sector or in the customer facing position in banking etc.
• Member of the Institute of Surveyors of Uganda desired
• An Excellent negotiating skill
• A working knowledge of the Uganda property law and land ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent people management and customer service skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of the tower industry desired
• Strong training capabilities
