JOB DETAILS:
4 Main Responsibilities:
• The Leadership Development Specialist (LDE) will develop, design and deliver learning solutions for civil society organizations (CSOs), including key role leadership development programs, events, workshops and related activities, as well as driving large scale online and when appropriate, blended, programs as part of the CSSA's leadership initiative. Partnering across organizational partners, the LDE ensures the integration of an end-to-end blended learning methodology, formulating learning curricula relevant to the partners' evolving capacity needs in leadership.
• He/she will create learning materials and develop content; design and manage assessments, including the development, implementation and review of feedback for all participants of these learning events; and use available learning technology and platforms in delivering blended and online learning events.

Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree, in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Learning and Development or any other relevant field.
• Professional certification in leadership development is an asset.
• A minimum of seven years of experience overseeing the provision of leadership development support to civil society.
• Expertise in coaching, change management, performance monitoring and business acumen.
• Demonstrated experience and success in design, partnerships building and implementation of leadership and talent development strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging virtual communication and learning technology and tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated experience in (virtual) facilitation of learning programs and events for various target groups, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior levels across civil society organizations.
• Superb writing and analytical skills as well as excellent verbal communication in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Experience working on USAID-funded projects is an asset.
