Medical Access' mission is to enhance human health by providing efficient and sustainable health care supply chain management solutions. For the last 24 years Medical Access has been delivering lifesaving medicines to the people of Uganda.
The Leadership Training Programme (LTP) is our graduate development initiative that offers talented graduates the opportunity to learn and practice health care supply chain management at Medical Access and related affiliates. The Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders

Qualifications
The competition for places in our graduate programme is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of academic excellence. We are looking for graduates with a degree in Statistics, Accounting, and Computer Science with interest in Programing. Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Biomedical Laboratory, Biochemistry, Marketing, Pharmacy and Laboratory. Diploma holders in Electro Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering. Laboratory Technology. Clinical Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine and Pharmacy Technicians are also eligible to apply. Interested candidates should have graduated either within the last two years or just finished university.
