JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities;
a) Contribute to the development, planning, implementation, and updating of a high-quality School and cross-department curriculum;
b) Participate in online forums and tutorials which form part of teaching, learning, and pedagogic research within the School and in line with the College standards;
c) Attract external research funding and lead research in your area of expertise to develop an internationally excellent research program;
d) Participate in and host School and Departmental seminars and workshops aimed at sharing knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration;
e) Undertake self-directed programs of collaborative research and scholarships in fields that will contribute to the strengths of the School and at a level commensurate with the current standards of excellence in the departments, and contribute to the Research Excellence Framework.

Person Specification;
a) A Ph.D. holder in the fields of Child and Adolescent psychology, Clinical, and Health Psychology, Maternal, and Child Health, Public Health Promotion, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Health Services Management, Health Care Procurement and Supply Chain Management;
a) Experience in producing online and/or distance learning materials as well as supporting distance learning by adults and the application of new technologies in teaching and supporting students;
b) Some experience in teaching, training, or supervision in the subject areas mentioned above;
c) Evidence of applying for external funding, taking into account the stage of career;
d) Ability to develop new research collaborations within the College and with external organizations;

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
