In order to serve our customers better with wider range of services and products, Board and Management has future plans of becoming a regulated financial Institution in Uganda — Micro-Deposit Taking Institution (MDI) and thus the need to fill the position of Head o ICT, Head of Business Development and Strategy, Security Manager and Loan collection supervisor to meet the needs of the transforming entity.

Loan Collections Supervisor
Reports to: Head of Credit, BRAC Uganda Microfinance Ltd.

Purpose: To manage the banks identified delinquent portfolio recommend and implement remedial action for purposes of minimizing the bank's loss by collecting all monies owed to the bank as guided the bank's policy and existing laws.

Salary: Negotiable
CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and lead the recovery of delinquent loans in line with the debt recovery policies and procedures.
  
• To ensure proper management of assigned credit facilities in default in such a way as to ensure that loss to BRAC is minimized, controlled or avoided.
  
• Any other related duties assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration in Credit, Banking or Finance
  
• Minimum of 3 years‘ experience in Credit/debt collection.
  
• Financial analysis skills.
  
• Analytical an Investigation Skills
  
• Accounting Skills .
  
• Knowledge and experience of credit administration
  
• Demonstrated expertise in the credit cycle
  
• Sound understanding of banking industry
  
• Knowledge and understanding of FIA
  
• Industry product knowledge
  
• Excellent supervisory skills
