Logistics Officer (Mbale, Eastern Uganda)
With support from the Procurement & Logistics Manager, the Logistics Officer for the RHITES-E Activity will be responsible for coordination of the transport and fleet function through the implementation of transport and fleet policies and procedures. S/ he will be responsible for supervising drivers, scheduling service and maintenance of vehicles, reviewing vehicle log sheets/reports, reconciling fuel usage, receiving travel request and scheduling movements, coordinating airport drops and pick-ups and managing external transporters.
