JOB DETAILS:
The Role:
You will use your prior experience to research, develop, and deliver data science and machine learning solutions with modern technology in a technical setting.
You will be seen as a strategic thought partner, capable of communicating and influencing senior leadership.
You will collaborate across the organization and enterprise, building relationships with key stakeholders like MasterCard Foundation.

Your day-to-day:
• Build, inspire, motivate, support and manage a high-performing team.
• Partner with technical domain functional leaders to explore opportunities & challenges, build and deliver, and manage solutions and demonstrate their impact and value, and transform technical practices with AI ML technology and data power
• Advance AI ML capabilities by integrating industry technology and internal innovations.
• Communicate complex concepts and the results of the models and analyses to technical and non-technical audiences. Be able to influence partners.
• Be a true thought leader for our client and contribute significantly to developing the company's next generation of applicable AI technologies.

What do you need to bring:
• Bachelors degree in science or engineering field with 5+ years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Strong Programming experience in Python. Familiar with various Machine Learning algorithms and Statistical methods.
• Experience on GCP preferred. SQL and Hadoop / Other Big Data skills
• Experience in building a strong team of ML engineers or data-scientists
• Proven experience in solving open-ended business problems using data science/ML/AI from the initial ideation stage up to delivering ready-to-use solution
• Have a true passion for working on big data/ML/AI and professional experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and communication skills
• Proven experience in working with multiple partner groups to drive longer-term strategies within a matrix-based organization.
• Insightful understanding of broad technical domains, functions, and environments.
• Solid experience in software development life cycle and model development life cycle.
