JOB PROFILE:

• Coordinate and manage their Fuelling Systems Equipment i.e. fuel dispensing pumps, air gauges, air compressors Generating sets, Electrical Network and other related activities collaboration with the service provider(s).
• Projects coordination.
• The company Depot and Hospitality management.

Stations Maintenance

• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead contracted service provider) to deliver effectively.
• Efficiently manage Maintenance Service Provider Contracts and ensure they meet company and legal requirements while at the stations (OR at any other site as per assignment).
•  Develop clear accountability tor maintenance schedules with a strategy to manage expenditure.
• Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment from gaining agreement to write off to physically removing it and its sate and lawful disposal.
• Provide technical expertise to the team of contracted service provider(s).
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPls) tor each area at responsibilities tor the service providers. Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets.
• Prepare the annual Maintenance budget. Forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects Relationship management
• Work as part of the management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy.
• Communicate with stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on design and development. recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Liaise & communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
• Ensure an effective interface of the Maintenance department with ALL the other departments of the company.

Key Deliverables

• 100°/a Stations equipment’s availability with tolerance of 5% max. ALL stations should be technically sound ALL the times, save tor major planned maintenance operations.
• Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• dentify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
• Provide technical expertise to the team of contracted service provider(s).
• Identity and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems.
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPis) for each area of responsibility.
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. »
• Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.

Project Management

• Ensure that the company projects in Uganda are coordinated sufficiently both internal and external and with Government agencies.
• Manage project costs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical Feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using M5 Project OR any other Approved system
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
•  Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure that statutory requirements of all projects are adhed Nil non-compliance with statutory provision
• Ensure 5% max project variance on CAPEX.
• Timely completion of projects within stipulate time frame.

PERSON PROFILE:

• Engineering – mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics OR Equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
• Diploma or equivalent in e Petroleum Management Course.
• At least 3
• Years’ experience in a similar position.
