Igara Growers Tea Factory Limited is a smallholder tea company which owns and operates Igara Tea Factory in Bushenyi District and Buhweju Tea Factory in Buhweju District. The company is looking for suitably qualified persons to fill the following positions.

Job Title: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

In the staff development program, Igara is looking for highly motivated fresh graduates in search of professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and experience:
Candidates should be qualified in any of these relevant fields

• Bachelors’ degree in Agriculture, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, Food Science Technology. Only Graduates of less than five (5) years after graduation are encouraged to apply. Experience is NOT an advantage at all.

Age limit: 22-35years
