The company also operates a network of Clinics with Kampala.

Reporting: The successful candidate will report to the Chairman, Board of Directors
Requirements
• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or other related field is a must.
• Proven experience, as a banking officer at supervisory or managerial level or similar role in a related field.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with the rules and regulations governing SACCOs and financial institutions in Uganda
• Excellent organizational and Time management skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Possess adequate Customer service skills
• Demonstrable negotiation skills
• Results driven and customer focused
Leadership, management and human resources management skill
