JOB DETAILS:
Position: Manager Administration And Finance
Reporting to: Country Director
Fixed term: 2 years
We are a leading Tour and Travel company with a sister company in Rwanda and managing tour and travel excursions in East Africa and Congo. We invite applications from suitable qualified persons to fill the open vacancy.

This role will involve Maintaining oversight of our income, cash flows, accounting, and financial practices across the organization.
You will work closely with the Country Director and management teams to maintain oversight on financial planning and decision making producing user friendly management and financial reports. Review financial processes and procedures on an annual basis.
Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filling activities Identity and resolve financial and administrative issues
Implement annual internal and external audit recommendations
Other duties may be required from time to time, including responsibilities which require work on weekends and holidays for which time efi in lieu may be taken.
