We are seeking to recruit a competent and highly motivated individual with extensive experience and abilities to support business growth in the following position:

JOB TITLE: MANAGER ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF IT

JOB PURPOSE
The Manager Enterprise Systems is responsible for identifying opportunities for systems optimization, redesign, or process improvement - focused on collaboration systems and internal tools for I.T systems resilience. He or she is supposed to effectively analyse, organize, and lead team in support of Bank Enterprise systems while managing risk & compliance, security, schedule, and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify opportunities for systems optimization, redesign, or process improvements focused on collaboration systems and internal tools for I.T systems resilience.
• Develop strategic vision and create system roadmaps and business processes for new and supported Enterprise systems.
• Manage Enterprise systems portfolio and associated projects.
• Monitor and accommodate competing project constraints (quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks) to meet user/customer needs.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper integration of I&M Bank’s various systems and services.
• Address the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in executing ICT Enterprise systems related projects, meeting ICT related project requirements and creating ICT related project deliverables. Work closely with the entire IT team and vendors to tune and troubleshoot application issues.
• Lead a team responsible for implementing and upgrading system hardware and software and providing technical support.
• Provide systems administrative support and guidance across all systems as needed.
• Review systems process flows, integrations, and architecture.
• Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of I&M Bank's enterprise systems as necessary.
• Report progress of operational issues to the supervisor, end users, and stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining proper disaster recovery protocols, coordinate end-to-end tests, ensure systems security and controls, and implement and monitor standards related to scope management, service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, and performance objectives.

Minimum Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, software engineering or Information Technology related field
• Master’s degree in the relevant field is an Added AdvantageProfessional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication
• Professional qualifications in, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Security (CCNP Security, Symantec DLP, SIEM), CEH, OSCP, Wireless technologies, F5 LTM and APM, Imperva WAF/DAM, Fortinet NSE4-8, ISO 27001, ITILv3, CISSP, NSX, Azure Fundamentals/MCSA etc.

Work Experience:
• At least 7years working experience in a commercially oriented organization with at least 2 years’ experience at supervisory level.
• Demonstrates domain knowledge of IT infrastructure, application development / SDLC and.
Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• This position requires strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, good judgment, persistence and follow through, and the ability to influence and “effectively challenge” others.
• Demonstrates an ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
• Industry experience in financial services preferred.
