JOB DETAILS:
A leading Commercial Bank in Uganda has retained the services of Future Options to recruit exceptional individuals for the following position.
Manager - Internal Audit .

The Manager - Internal Audit will provide an objective appraisal of the financial and operational activities of the Bank and ascertain that its systems of internal controls and processes are adequate, effective and efficient. S/he will review financial and operating procedures and internal controls and manage and coordinate efforts in the administration of regional inspection and audit functions in the formulation, implementation and maintenance of those procedures for continuous improvement and to safeguard against waste, fraud and avoidable loss and to achieve efficient use and utilisation of the bank resources and assets. The Manager - Internal Audit will improve efficiency and effectiveness in all inspection and audit administration areas and provide up-to-date information to the Audit Committee of the Board on all areas of inspection and audit controls and administration within the Group.

Requirements: The suitable candidate should possess an Honours degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration with either CPA or ACCA and at least seven years practical audit experience in a commercial banking environment or a large organisation at a senior level. Use of ACL data analytic tool and Teammate is desirable.
