Hyper Lounge, a state-of-the-art entertainment spot located in the heart of Busia town, is looking for a highly qualified and suitable person to fill the position of Manager.

Attributes for the ideal candidate profile:

• At least four (4) years bar/lounge experience, in a busy environment, including at least two (2) at a managerial/supervisory level
  
• Very customer-focused, with highly developed communication skills
  
• Results oriented and driven
  
• Highly developed leadership qualities
  
• Minimum education level, UACE
  
• Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
  
• Flexible, with a curious mindset
