Job title: Manager Reporting and Reporting Analyst
Reports to: Manager Performance and Reporting
Department: Strategy

Job Purpose:
To provide business analysis, strategic planning, and performance analysis support to the Manager, Corporate Performance and Reporting.

Key Result Areas:

• Perform statistical and root cause analysis of data from different sources to identify gaps and resolve any issues.
  
• Develop financial models to support analysis of a variety of financial and operating activities
  
• Conduct research and benchmarks of the company's financial and operational performance ' against industry and peer companies,
  
• ln charge of compiling and providing financial and non-financial information to external stakeholders including the regulatory entities, investors, lenders, Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Bank of Uganda, etc. as required by law, licenses and/or contracts.
  
• Monitor and verify the integrity of the data to be reported and review reports before distribution to end users.
  

Ensure consistency in the data and metrics to be reported on.

• Act as a point of contact for Regulatory Team on tariffs, pricing and regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Respond to ad—hoc requests for reports and information.
  
• Responsible for the development and coordination of the Annual Report and Annual Operating Plan.
  
• Compile and distribute the company KPI performance score card.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate compilation of periodic reports to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• A university degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
  
• CPA Uganda/ACCA/ACMA membership.
  
• Experience in financial modeling, data analysis and reporting to management.
  
• 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
