JOB DETAILS:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Develop and conduct marketing campaigns to effectively promote Engsol products & services

Reporting to: Shall report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Implementing cost effective marketing campaigns.
   
2. Implement sales strategies that match customer needs through promotion of Engsol products, services & culture.
   
3. Coordinate advertising activities with our partners and conduct monthly research on competition, sales & channel health.
   
4. Organize public events, shows and displays of company products and or services.
   
5. Writing and proof reading of business proposals & presentations.
   
6. Design S.O.P’s for ATL, BTL activities and coordinates all the company departments in the implementation of the marketing plan.
   
7. Monitor & evaluate impact of al l ATL & BTL activities.
   
8. Coordinate campaigns on Company website & social media platforms.
   
9. Monitor feedback, analyze data & coordinate customer calls (Pre & Post /sales/ service calls).
   
10. Monitor show room floor traffic & submit monthly reports about key aspects of both closed & lost sales.
    
11. Generate & distribute monthly statistics and pricing market data in form of a PV map.
    
12. Collect accurate market/ industry mapping information & data.
    
13. Responsible for Branding as per the company CIP and shall ensure safe custody of all branding, POS & other promotional materials.
    
14. Carry out any other assignments given to him/ her by the sales & marketing manager from time to time.
    
15. Uphold approved code of conduct.
