Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be the lead person in the implementation of the Marketing and Sales Strategy
Main Duties
• Ensure that periodical market research activities are undertaken on fruit juice market in order to develop and maintain an appropriate product mix and marketing strategies
• Putin place a pricing strategy that will ensure effective market penetration in the targeted markets and maximize profits for the company
• Organize and manage the launch of the SOFTE brand on the market:
• Promote and position SOFTE brand and products on the market;
• Establish and manage a distribution strategy that will ensure effective penetration of SOFTE brand and products in the targeted markets
• Develop and implement an elective export marketing strategy
• Maintain good public and media relations by winning the support al media institutions, media managers and reporters;
• Supervise, coordinate and appraise the performance of the marketing team
• Ensure that SOFTE teams offer good customer service throughout all business interaction with customers
• Any other official duties as may be assigned by the CEO
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A Master's Degree in Business Administration Marketing Option), Marketing or related degree
• A professional membership qualification e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage.
• At least 8 years working as a Marketing or Sales Manager in a First Moving Consumer Goods organization.
• Should be result oriented, team player with a high degree of professionalism.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer packages
• Should have good leadership skills
