Job Summary:
• We are looking for an innovative and results driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and expertise in the health and cosmetics industry to promote our natural product line and expand our market presence locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Musawo's natural health and cosmetic products.
• Lead the design and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling marketing messages and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including advertising materials, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health or cosmetics industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for natural products and commitment to sustainability.
