Job details:
The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute ( ESAMI ) seeks the services of suitably qualified persons to fill the posts at its Headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania.

Post: Marketing Officer

Qualifications
A minimum of a Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing. Membership to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a regional or international organization or Institution marketing or dealing with capacity building programmes.

Competences and skills

• Demonstrated ability for Proposal and report writing skills;
• Demonstrated working knowledge of marketing operations in Africa;
•  Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to follow-up, communicate effectively and work with all levels within the Institute;
• Ability to work with on-line applications and Communication
