Kulika Uganda whose mission is provide relevant skills and technologies to empower rural communities is seeking for resilient, innovative, results-oriented, committed and experienced individual to join our projects team,
Position: Marketing and Quality assurance officer
Reporting: Project Manager
Location: ARUA .

Purpose of the job
The person will ensure that quality assurance of the project adheres to the required standards. Key responsibilities and tasks
• Lead the development and implementation of graduate trainee program for refugees and host community
• He/she shall develop marketing materials for visibility of the program
• Facilitate knowledge sharing with the project staff and other partners.
• Initiate and promote partnerships with potential employers
• Shall support in documenting impact of the project interventions.
• Facilitate professional exchange program internships with the potential employers and the adolescent refugees and host community enrolled under the project
• He or she shall design a mentoring program for the trainees enrolled the project, to ensure transition into the regulated work environment the formal and informal sector)
• Ensure quality assurance through certification for the trainees and products,
• Assess labour market needs and skills for the enrolled adolescent refugees and host community
• Initiate and support sustainability plan for the project.
• Create market linkages for the technologies developed during the project.
• Ensure quality assurance through certification for the trainees and products.

Job specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social work and Administration, Economics, Development studies and other relevant field is required. 4years experience.
• Knowledge of SDGs is an added advantage Knowledge, skills and abilities required

• Good interpersonal relations
• Problem solving and decision making skills
