JOB DETAILS:
Communication for Development Foundation Uganda (CDFU) is a nongovernmental organization that provides Development Communication services aimed at influencing positive behaviors for the social development of men, women and children. CDFU is implementing Make Happiness Not Violence Campaign as part of the Joint UN Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) project that is funded by the Government of Sweden; and as part of the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative to Eliminate Violence Against Women and Girls. The campaign aims to promote favorable social norms, attitudes and behaviors at community and individual levels to prevent Violence against Women and Girls, and to improve Sexual Reproductive Health in campaign areas.
CDFU is seeking to recruit qualified, competent and highly motivated Ugandans to fill two positions;
a) Media Officer stationed in Kampala office .
